* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations from 12 to 24
  inches possible. Highest amounts above 10000 feet.

* WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Range,
  and The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the
  Indian Peaks.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.
