* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 2.65 kt at 1156 PM Sunday
  with seas near 6 ft. Ebb current of 3.78 kt at 1205 PM Monday
  with seas near 6 ft. Ebb current of 3.08 kt at 1258 AM Tuesday.
